Jennifer WongMembership Status: Active Clever Keys Music Academy BiographyJennifer Wong is an associate of the Royal Conservatory of Music of Toronto where she studied with James Anagnoson and benefited from masterclasses with Leon Fleisher, André Laplante and Emanuel Ax. Ms. Wong worked with renowned pianists Hakon Austbo, Peter Feuchtwanger and Murray Perahia at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam where she studied performance, pedagogy (with a focus on gifted children), and music theory with a specialization in analysis. She gave several concerts and solo recitals throughout Europe and recorded a collection of cds for children as well as projects for the van Gogh Museum. She is a passionate educator and coach; "it is by imparting a thorough understanding of the language of music that one can foster aware and thinking musicians enhancing their inherent joy of the art of music making." Ms.Wong teaches private piano lessons as well as group musicianship classes at Clever Keys Music Academy: Developing Sound Minds located in Toronto's Annex.
