Ruth Volk holds an Associate Diploma in Piano Teacher (A.R.C.T.) from the Royal Conservatory of Music and an Associate Diploma in Vocal Performance (A. MUS.) from the Western Ontario Conservatory of Music.

She is a composer, arranger, accompanist and has been a teacher of all levels of Piano and Voice for 17 years. Many of Ruth's students have won medals from both the Royal and Western Conservatory for obtaining the highest marks in their examinations.

She is organist and choir director for St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Aurora.
