Instruction to help students of all levels learn piano with a great sense of accomplishment. Students will acquire the foundation for a rich & rewarding lifetime of music enjoyment with an experienced and highly dedicated teacher.

Richard is a graduate of University of Toronto (Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance) and holds a A.R.C.T. Performers degree from the Royal Conservatory of Music. He firmly believes that a teacher should lead by example/demonstration, he continues to perform and is currently persuing further performance diplomas with the Trinity College of London. He has over 15 years of teaching experience, and is particularly qualified to teach advanced levels of piano (RCM Gr.9 to ARCT). Richard also enjoys working with young students very much, and is happy to accept beginners.

Students are prepared for RCM exams, festivals/competitions and auditions, and yearly student concerts (in Pickering).
