Students are constantly guided with patience and thorough understanding of music. To challenge his students further, Mr. Fung places them in various music exams, festivals and competitions according to the individual student’s ability and needs. The remarkable results are shown every year with students winning major scholarships, trophies, and becoming top prize winners in regional as well as national competitions like Canadian Music Competitions and Kiwanis Music Festivals. Students have also won piano concerto competitions and gained opportunities to perform with symphony orchestras year after year. Mr. Fung also organizes theory and history classes for all levels, preliminary to grade 5 (September to May or summer courses). In order to assure thorough understanding, classes are kept in small sizes, up to 4 students each group. and renowned pedagogue Marc Durand. Mr. Fung has also participated
